Why after weight loss and training your weight return?

Strict diets quickly help lose weight, but you immediately gain extra pounds if you stop starving. The reason may be leptin resistance

Rapid weight loss in the body decreases the level of the hormone leptin. It produces adipocytes – fat cells and signals the brain about saturation.

What is leptin resistance?

The hormone leptin is responsible for several processes in the human body: it regulates ovarian function in women and spermatogenesis in men. But for those who lose weight, it is important to know that leptin “dictates” the body how to behave in times of hunger. And strict diets and dietary restrictions are starvation and stress for the body.

Leptin produces fat cells (adipocytes). And also sends a signal of saturation to the hypothalamus, part of the brain. It in turn controls the number of calories consumed and expended and fat accumulated in the body.

Thus, constant overeating and unhealthy eating lead to leptin resistance, which in turn leads to overweight and obesity.

What does it mean?

If a person constantly violates the ratio of costs and calorie replenishment, then fat cells begin to grow too quickly. Leptin is produced in proportion to its size. And if you start to limit yourself even more in food, starve, the brain perceives this condition like hunger, forcing fat cells to produce even more leptin and save energy (eat more and move less).

This condition is called leptin resistance, and it can develop long before the increase in insulin levels and the development of resistance to it. That is, a person lives with this problem and does not suspect, trying to lose weight and not getting results.

That is, with existing problems you can not lose weight sharply?

It is not recommended to lose weight sharply at all. In the case of leptin resistance with fat loss, leptin levels are reduced even more. As a result, the brain receives a signal that it needs to replenish lost supplies and eat even more.

Therefore, rapid weight loss with strict diets leads to the fact that the weight returns in even greater quantities, you just need to stop starving.

How do you know that you have leptin resistance?

The following symptoms will “tell” about problems with leptin:

constantly want to eat;

you constantly want to eat salty, sweet, chips, snacks, and other garbage food;

regular exercise and switching to proper nutrition do not help;

the feeling of satiety comes too late;

after complete rest and sleep, the feeling of fatigue does not pass;

analysis for thyroid hormones is normal, but you have apathy, lethargy, decreased immunity, frequent colds.

How to return leptin to normal and lose weight?

To overcome leptin resistance, you have to change your lifestyle and diet. It is necessary to avoid semi-finished products, finished products (sausages, food with a high degree of processing, etc.), to exclude sugar and all its substitutes.

It is also important to limit gluten, sweet fruits, and fiber (soluble) in the diet, on the contrary, should increase. Eat protein foods daily: (80-100 g of protein per day); necessarily sea fish, olive oil, avocado, and other useful food.

Also exercise more, and regularly: about 10 thousand steps a day.

It is necessary to establish a sleep regime: It is necessary to fall asleep till 11 pm that melatonin was made in the necessary quantity. Low melatonin levels are connected with obesity.

Note: visit an endocrinologist, because you need to determine whether vitamin D is the normal level. As well as the HOMA index – the ratio of sugar to insulin. Without bringing these indicators to cope with the situation will not work.

Meditation is considered a type of mental training. Its purpose is to focus and direct human thoughts.

In some cases, it is used to increase a person’s own level of consciousness, reduce daytime fatigue or increase concentration. It is also often used to treat sleep or behavior disorders, as well as to improve a person’s general mood.

Here are some key benefits that meditation can bring to our lives.

1. Meditation reduces stress

Studies show that meditation is an effective treatment for stress.

The impact that stress has on the body is huge and can have very negative consequences. That’s why it’s important to reduce stress as effectively as possible.

2. Helps control anxiety attacks

If you suffer from more stress every day, it can cause anxiety attacks.

These seizures can have physical symptoms that can deprive a person of the ability to do their normal activities.

If you spend some time meditating, you can reduce the anxiety caused by stress.

Studies show that meditation can fight:

anxiety

phobias

panic attacks

paranoid thoughts.

3. The benefits of meditation for emotional health

Meditation can help improve our self-esteem and overall mood.

Various studies show that meditation can help treat depression.

Meditation also makes you more optimistic and able to overcome daily obstacles. It makes a person more focused and helps to have a positive attitude.

4. Meditation improves attention

Studies support the idea that meditation can improve a person’s attention.

This is important because it means that meditation allows you to be more attentive and focused in your daily activities.

This is very useful if you have an active life. It can also be useful if you have a difficult event or day ahead.

5. Improves memory

Meditation also helps to improve memory. It helps to remember better and helps to preserve the youth of the mind.

Research shows that meditation is an effective treatment for memory problems and even helps prevent diseases such as Alzheimer’s disease.

For this reason, meditation is recommended not only for young people but also for seniors.

It’s also a great technique that people of all ages should add to their daily routine!

6. Helps fight addictions

Many studies have shown that meditation is a useful tool in the treatment of certain addictions.

For example, it can be used to overcome any type of negative addiction or bad eating and drinking habits. It can also help a person realize their own addiction.

However, if a person suffers from a very harmful addiction, it is also recommended to seek the help of a specialist.

7. Improves night sleep

Adding meditation to your life can help you sleep deeper and calmer during the night.

It also increases the relaxation achieved during sleep hours. By adding meditation to your daily routine, you will soon feel the difference. You will wake up much calmer and more energetic.

Moreover, some studies confirm the use of meditation to treat certain sleep disorders.

How much time should you meditate every day?

Meditation for 30-45 minutes per session will allow you to set aside time to connect with yourself. While this may be too long for those just starting, it will get easier over time.

However, even 10 minutes a day is enough to notice some benefits.

During the first few days, meditate for a few minutes and begin to gradually increase the time. You can find a meditation technique that works best for you.

Final tips

For some people, meditation in absolute silence is best, but others may need quiet and pleasant music. Some people also meditate better during quiet activities such as walking.

Your mental health is very closely linked to what you eat. To improve memory, you need to eat foods that stimulate the brain and monitor your lifestyle and what you do every day.

Memory loss does not depend on age. That’s why you need to start taking measures early to keep your brain healthy. Eating the right foods to improve memory and cognition is one of the many things you can do.

What causes memory loss?

Memory loss is caused by a lack of vitamins, especially complex B, as well as amino acids.

Everything that you eat is very important when it comes to memory loss and cognitive decline. You need to eat foods high in antioxidants, proteins, and fats.

Brain function and how what you eat affects on it

Your brain contains about a billion neurons in every cubic millimeter.

This is constantly changing and new connections are being made. Your brain is nothing more than interconnected neurons that work with certain chemicals.

Poor nutrition will make you more vulnerable to mental disorders as well as degenerative diseases of the nervous system.

What to eat to improve memory

Glucose is the food that acts as fuel for your brain, while protein acts as a building block and neurotransmitter.

On the other hand, fatty acids (lipids) help build new membranes that protect neurons.

It is very important to eat a variety of foods, as well as eat 4 or 5 times a day, not skipping meals and drinking more fluids.

But, above all, it is useful to add to your diet foods that contain:

1. Omega-3

Omega-3 are polyunsaturated fats that your body needs but cannot be produced. Eating them regularly is good for your brain and to improve memory.

They act as a protective layer on the cell membranes of your brain.

They can be found in foods that improve your memory, including:

Trout

Sardines

Tuna

Clams

Nuts

Soy sauce

Vegetable oils

2. Antioxidants

Antioxidants are responsible for reducing the damage caused by cell oxidation and helping to improve your concentration. Although your body can produce its own antioxidants, it is still very good to incorporate them into your diet.

Foods that contain antioxidants:

Berries

Broccoli

Nuts

Green tea

Garlic

Carrots

3. Vitamin E

Vitamin E belongs to a group of fat-soluble vitamins that help counteract oxidative stress.

Some foods that improve your memory and contain vitamin E:

Peanut

Tomatoes

Asparagus

Kiwi

Pumpkin

4. Polyphenols

Polyphenols are defined as compounds that have an antioxidant effect.

Some foods that contain polyphenols:

Raspberry

Cherry

Green tea

Grape

5. Vitamin B

Vitamin B, known as folic acid, helps lower homocysteine levels, which can cause heart problems. It also helps the body produce new cells, including neurons.

Vitamin B deficiency can lead to anxiety, nervous system disorders, and memory loss.

Some foods that improve your memory and contain vitamin B:

Almond

Chard

Spinach

Cabbage

Hazelnut

Avocado

If you want to preserve your memory and fight off other diseases, exclude these foods from your diet:

Sugar, white flour, white rice. They can also alter the nervous system and cause hyperactivity.

Saturated fats. In addition to affecting your memory, they also slow down digestion.

Processed foods. They gradually affect your ability to understand and plan, as well as your memory.

Tips to stimulate your brain

Eat balanced, nutritious foods.

Eat on a regular schedule.

Enjoy nature.

Exercise for at least 30 minutes, 3 times a week.

Monitor your blood pressure and cholesterol levels.

Learn how to deal with stress.

Be careful not to gain weight, as this can lead to mental deterioration and dementia.

Take a walk and spend time with friends; clear your mind.

Sleep at least 8 hours a day. This will help keep your nervous system in balance.

Drink at least 8 glasses of water a day.

Often we are driven to eat by unexplained anxiety, it forces us to chew something constantly, our craving for food forces us to go to the fridge in the middle of the night when it is worth sleeping soundly, or to spend the afternoon at a buffet waiting for such tempting-looking cakes and pastries.

Why are we doing this? Where does such an uncontrollable craving for food come from? Does food really provide us with happiness that we cannot get in our daily lives?

Nervousness due to hunger or hunger from nervousness?

“When I’m nervous, I want to eat more than usual.” Of course, you have repeatedly heard this phrase from someone or you have encountered this feeling yourself. Unfortunately, such a periodic craving for food can become chronic, and the situation itself will resemble a vicious circle: when we worry about something, we eat more, but when we gain weight and see how our body has changed, we feel even worse.

However, most people do not even think about changing their lifestyle, and therefore continue to consume excessive amounts of food.

What is the reason for such an uncontrollable craving for food?

It can be argued that the uncontrollable desire to eat always hides some emotional problems, and food becomes only a tool for instant gratification. We feel the urge to eat something sweet or salty, something tasty and high in calories, hoping to satisfy our desires and enjoy the food. Treats help the body release endorphins, which in turn bring a short-term feeling of satisfaction and help to forget about their emotional problems for a while.

Sometimes appetite can be affected by problems in a relationship. Disorders of this nature are one of the main reasons for the uncontrollable craving for food. Sometimes we need to talk seriously about something with our partner, and we can not dare to talk. Sometimes we feel very unhappy in a relationship, but we can’t find the right way out of the situation… Often, instead of solving their problems, people find joy in foods.

Very often the cause of uncontrollable appetite is dissatisfaction with their appearance because many people do not like their own reflection in the mirror. This is what causes nervousness and bad mood, and as a result, we begin to get stressed, not noticing it ourselves. We think that a bag of chips will distract us from bad thoughts, caramel in your pocket will lift your spirits, and in particularly difficult cases, we hope that a night visit to the refrigerator will help us fall asleep faster.

There are times in life when we experience great stress and every day is full of worries. Imagine this situation: you take a bath, and suddenly you are attacked by a wild hunger, which can be quenched only by a piece of cake, a sandwich with jam, or delicious cookies.

Nervousness interferes in our lives suddenly, and here we are, without noticing it, we constantly start to move to relax. It’s simple – we offer our stomach foods to satisfy and calm down it.

How to control the uncontrollable craving for food?

1. Of course, you should first determine the cause of an uncontrolled appetite

Have you had a hard week at work? Problems at home or in your relationship with your partner? Do you not like something in your own appearance? Think about it: maybe now is the time to change something, gain courage, and risk-taking certain measures to become happier and love yourself? Worth a try!

2. Listen to your body

Do you really feel hungry? Ask yourself this question every time you decide to eat one more time, because, in fact, your body may not require food at all. It can signal the need to solve problems and stop fooling yourself with endless snacks and treats. In fact, often the feeling of hunger is just a figment of your imagination.

3. Breathe

Each time you start craving food, do a few breathing exercises. Take a deep breath, placing your palm on your stomach, and then exhale deeply. Repeat this exercise 5 times and try to relax.

4. Eat foods that can curb the feeling of hunger

Some foods are best for satisfying hunger and suppressing an uncontrollable appetite. They help to overcome the feeling of hunger and nervousness without harm to health. Make a note of these useful and satisfying foods:

Oatmeal;

Apples;

Asparagus;

Turkey fillet;

Greek yogurt without sugar;

Spinach;

Dandelion infusion;

Infusion of passionflower;

Almond.

5. Walk more often

Long walks in the fresh air are known for their therapeutic effect on the body. This will help you forget about your problems for a while, relieve nervousness, relax, and free the brain from negative thoughts. After the walk, you will be able to look at your problems from a different angle.

We assure you that this method of quenching the urge to eat is worth your attention!

Depression is an emotional disorder caused by changes in the chemistry of the brain due to a certain situation or hormonal imbalance and environmental factors.

It is characterized by the appearance of feelings of sadness and irritability, and sometimes loss of interest in life.

This is a health problem that worries many people in today’s society as it becomes more common, especially among adolescents.

The fact is that depression has become so common that some people do not really know that it can be caused by certain daily habits.

1. Unhealthy diet

You may not know that what you eat plays an important role in your mental health and directly affects your nervous system.

An unhealthy diet high in fat and refined sugar creates problems with hormones and increases susceptibility to depression and stress. Excessive amounts of such foods increase the production of cortisol, a chemical associated with emotional imbalance.

How to fix it?

Limit the consumption of harmful products.

Instead, increase your intake of foods high in antioxidants, omega-3 fatty acids, and protein.

2. Physical inactivity

Passive people are not only more likely to develop chronic health problems, but also depression.

Exercise is essential for good physical and mental health because it stimulates the secretion of happiness hormones.

How to fix it?

Develop a varied training procedure and follow it daily.

Spend at least 30 minutes daily on physical activity.

3. Lack of sleep

Sleep plays a very important role in your physical and mental state. You don’t even realize it, but during the time of sleep, there are certain processes that can’t be done at any other time of the day.

Breaks of sleep or insomnia for several days simultaneously increase the production of cortisol, which increases anxiety.

As a result, you are more vulnerable to outbreaks of depression and less able to cope with daily difficulties.

How to fix it?

You need to sleep for 8 hours a day.

If you are having trouble sleeping, you need to find an effective natural sedative.

Do not use electronic devices or eat heavy meals at bedtime.

4. You spend too much time alone

Time alone with yourself can help you reflect and experience difficult situations. However, abuse of loneliness can be detrimental to your emotional health.

Having corporate and social relationships actively affects your mind and well-being.

Isolation and lack of time for friendship are closely linked to depression.

How to fix it?

Take time to spend it with friends and family, doing something fun.

Talk to a loved one you trust when you are going through difficult times.

5. Negative thinking

Negative thoughts are one of the main causes of depression. Although they may be unconscious, to keep them means to live in sorrow and bitterness.

Seeing the bad in all situations, feeling that everything is against you, or staying in the comfort zone because of fear – this is what affects the emotional state.

How to fix it?

Learn to see everything as an opportunity to become a better person. This is a great way to think positively.

Detect toxic people and stay away from them. This is the key to overcoming this situation.

Always be prepared to deal with challenges that arise, regardless of risk or outcome.

Keep a diary with a list of positive things that happen in your life every day, or positive results of negative experiences.

6. Stress work environment

A large percentage of people suffer from depression due to stressful situations.

Too much work, conflicts in the office, problems with colleagues eventually cause problems on a psychological level, leading to sadness and loss of motivation.

How to fix it?

Do your best to stop working too much, take breaks for a few minutes.

Avoid contact with people you don’t get along with.

Keep calm your work environment with background music, soothing air fresheners, and clean spaces.

A combination of rhythmic movements with different kinds of music is a useful and at the same time a pleasant exercise that we can do anywhere and anytime.

What benefits do us dance lessons

Dance activities are incredibly useful for our body. Remember this when the next time you come up with reasons not to go with your friends to dance.

1 Improve physical fitness

Dancing is beautiful because everyone can choose the kind that he most likes. There is a lot of their varieties, and each in its own way is useful for our body. For example, there are dance specially designed to improve our physical fitness.

Fortunately, in the schedule of any sports club you will find this kind of occupation. For example, the lessons known to all zumba or dance mix (mix of different directions of music). They represent a set of certain movements in the rhythm of aerobic exercise.

In this way, we increase our capacity for work, endurance, and develop flexibility and coordination. As a result, it improves our shape, the muscles become more advanced, without increasing, as with force loads. We become more sporty and active.

Remember that the cause of obesity in most cases is a sedentary lifestyle. And dance lessons give us lots of energy, motivation and positive emotions.

2 Helps to fight overweight

When we dance, we help our body burn off excess calories. In other words, while we have fun, our body is losing weight and leaving fat deposits that spoil our figure so much. This is one of the most enjoyable and effective ways to lose weight.

The most popular types of dances that help us spend the supply of calories include:

zumba

samba

belly dance

latin dances

They help burn many calories in a short time.

3 Contribute to the removal of excess fluid from the body and toxins

Energetic dance lessons one or two times a week make us dance intensely. In this way, the body is effectively cleansed and excess fluid and toxins are eliminated. As we mentioned earlier in many of our articles, the accumulation of toxins in the body causes him considerable harm.

It is therefore important that our body maintains a water-salt balance. To do this, you need to drink enough water per day, especially when we perform exercises.

Remember that excess liquids are removed from the pot, and along with it toxic substances that can cause various diseases.

4 Improve blood circulation

People who are suffering from circulatory problems, such as heaviness in the legs, varicose veins or edema, should avoid any sedentary way of life in all ways. However, it is constantly on the legs and at the same time it is not enough to move – it’s also not an outlet. Therefore, the best solution in this case will be dance lessons.

Most often dance and you improve blood circulation in your body. In addition, moving to rhythmic music, you force all the muscles of your body to work from head to toe.

You just have to choose the style of dance that best suits your taste, age and level of physical fitness.

5 Help establish a social relationship

There are people who prefer to dance at home alone. However, if we practice dancing in a couple or in a group, we have to be in the community of other people.

That means we have the opportunity to get acquainted with new interesting people. We can establish a pleasant friendly relationship or even find our love.

6 Raise your mood

The benefit of such lessons is not only to improve the physical form. In addition to the fact that thanks to dances, our body acquires the desired silhouette and strengthens health, they also greatly affect our mood.

When we are alone at home, and our emotional state at zero, it’s time to dance! This is an effective therapy to fight stress, sad thoughts and even laziness. Dances will relieve us of excessive shyness, closeness and sadness.

And therefore, sign up today for classes in the nearest dance class. You will immediately notice how your physical and emotional state will improve!

The result is an exercise system that surprises with its lightness, beauty and originality. Behind Acroyoga, however, there is hard work and a lot of muscle strength.

Exercises are performed in pairs. One person is the base, i.e. he is carrying his partner. The other person, the so-called flyer, performs yogic positions using the body of the base. Both people need to cooperate well and communicate well to make everything work.

In the early stages of learning Acroyoga, there is also a figure of a spotter, or a belayer, who is tasked with securing the flyer against possible fall. Everyone has the opportunity to be a base, flyer or spottler in class.

Acroyoga is based on asanas, or positions characteristic of the classic hatha yoga, adapted to the needs of performing them in the air, in the acrobatic version. Extending the body is very useful here, but it does not mean that people who are not very flexible can not take advantage of such activities – they will simply perform easier, less demanding versions of exercises.

Classes begin with a warm-up – preparing the body for intense exercise and performing difficult positions – and end with relaxation, during which the body calms down and calms down.

Acroyoga – effects of exercises
Acroyoga is characterized by its spectacular nature. The admission positions during this type of exercise are unprecedented.

Behind this amazing exercise there is also a whole lot of positive aspects for the body, including:

strengthening the muscles of the legs and arms (especially at the base) and the muscles of the abdomen and the back (especially in the person placed as a flyer),

improvement of motor coordination, including coordination with a partner,

increasing body strength and body flexibility,

muscle stretching.

In addition, Acroyoga has a psychological aspect. Mutual trust between the partners is needed, because each minimal base movement is felt by the flyer, which can fall, and vice versa – any minimal change in the tension of bodies by the flyer can result in the balance being out of balance. Exercisers are working on increasing their attention, concentration and courage. They overcome the fear of accepting acrobatic positions on the body of another human being.

Acroyoga is also great fun and, despite heavy physical effort, a lot of relaxation, especially for the head. How can you think about your problems by fighting to keep your partner’s feet?

Acrobatics in the air – for whom?
Definitely classes of this type are for people who are looking for challenges or other, less common, but also original, forms of movement. Fascinates of yoga, gymnastics, acrobatic exercises, pole dancing will definitely find their way to Acroyoga. The classes can also be used by people who do not have experience in practicing classic yoga.

Acroyoga is not a workout aimed at people who have back problems. Discopathy, sciatica, problems with intervertebral discs definitely disqualify to participate in classes.

Not aloved Acroyoga for people with: low pressure, dizziness (due to the many positions in which the head hangs down), as well as problems with balance or fear of heights.

And pregnancy is not an obstacle. Although there are some reservations.

Can I practice sports during pregnancy? Necessary! There is no specific type of sport that would be recommended to a pregnant woman, everyone should choose the one that suits her physiology and body. And here are some criteria to pay attention to.

Traumatic

In pregnancy, it’s best to exclude any traumatic sport, even if you have been doing them successfully before pregnancy. This martial arts, boxing, basketball, skis, skates, snowboarding, horseback riding, parachuting, roller skates.

You will have time to return to them after childbirth, you should not risk yourself at risk and during pregnancy.

High load

It is also worthwhile to exclude sports where there is a high load, intense jumps and breathing delays. This may be strength training, diving, hatha yoga, TRX, step aerobics.

Power exercises can be performed, but with lightweight dumbbells, the weight of which does not exceed 7 pounds.

Experience in sports

To choose a sport during pregnancy, it is important to focus on your physical fitness. If you are quite athletic, you can afford loads that do not erase heart and breath: running, dancing, biking, exercises.

If you’re just starting to do sports, it’s best to limit yoga without breathing practice, swimming and aqua aerobics.

Health

Before choosing a sport, it’s best to consult a gynecologist who is pregnant. Only he can know what the restrictions on loads are in person and you warn you from them, recommended an alternative sport.

Children move little, rarely walk, spend most of their free time at home, buried in a tablet or laptop? We urgently need to correct the situation. It will help in this physical activity. How to instill a child’s love of sports, this article will tell.

How to instill in children a love of sport

Physicians are sounding the alarm – modern children often get sick and often have excess weight. And one of the reasons for the child’s incorrect development is a sedentary lifestyle. But how to make a child go in for sports, if he does not like it at all? Nevertheless, it is possible to instill a love for physical education to parents. The main thing in this is a personal positive example.

Up to a certain age, children try to copy the behavior of adults. Even adolescents, claiming with their characteristic maximalism, that they are not at all like their “ancestors”, behave as they do in their family. Therefore, parents who want to involve a child in sports should first start with themselves, that is, become more active. And it is very important not to impose love for sports (otherwise you can face resistance), and to show by your own example how great it is to be in good shape. And help in this:

-Morning work-out

You need to train yourself every morning to do at least the simplest set of exercises (parents, it also does not hurt). Call the baby, it is likely that he will gladly make a mom and dad company and will waved his arms and legs with them. To come up with classes for older children, it is recommended that they ask them to find an interesting video course on the Internet. For example, a girl can be offered aerobics classes, and her son – power sports. But in any case, do together, not letting each other be lazy.

– Reception of the pool

This is a very good idea. Swimming exercises improve the physical development of the child, contribute to strengthening his immunity, respiratory, nervous and cardiovascular systems, improving posture. And such classes for children are suitable even for infants. Of course, sea water is more useful for health, but you can always find a swimming pool with a good cleaning system.

-Nature hiking

It is desirable to often choose the whole family for nature – to ride a bicycle, play sports games, just take a walk in the fresh air. Going to the country or rest on the nature, it is recommended to come up with exciting activities for children in advance. To make it more fun, you can invite friends or neighbors.

-Tourist hikes

Nowadays hiking is again in vogue. Hiking with a backpack, cooking at the stake, spending the night in a tent in nature – it’s so cool! Children will have so many impressions that they will certainly want to share with friends. A favorable effect on the physical development of the child will be fresh air, hardening, the acquisition of useful skills. In addition, this kind of sport does not require large material costs, because you can travel and not far from your house.

How to choose lessons for children

Choosing a sport for children, it is very important to take into account not only their physical characteristics, but also psychological inclinations. Because some babies grow quiet and timid, and others – mobile “extremals”, in which energy hits the edge. It is very difficult for such children to sit in one place.

Therefore, group classes, which do not imply great physical exertion and desire for victory-fitness, aerobics, and dancing, are more suitable for the quiet and shy. This will help the baby to get stronger, get used to physical stress. And classes in the group will teach him to find a common language with other children.

A very active child is more suitable dynamic training, which will help him to throw out excess energy. You can choose as team sports, in which you can show their leadership qualities, and individual.

Choosing a sport for a child, it is necessary to take into account his physique. For example, high and fit kids are more suitable for athletics, basketball. Chunky children can be invited to do some kind of martial arts, but girls often prefer dancing, figure skating or gymnastics.
Recently, a new direction in sports has appeared – children’s fitness, which includes elements of gymnastics, yoga, choreography and aerobics. And you can choose a program that corresponds to the child’s physical abilities. For example, one very much likes aerobics, while others are contraindicated loads of this kind.

Unlike other sports sections, children’s fitness is suitable for almost all children. Classes are not traumatic and are conducted in a game form. And you can begin to engage in three years.

Child development: when to start exercising

The earlier to begin to accustom the baby to physical education, the better. And you do not just write it to the section, but do it in all directions, namely:

-Coiling a children’s room in a sports style

Put in a child’s Wall bars, so that the child can do when he wants. If the square meters do not allow the installation of sports equipment, you can hang in the doorway an improvised horizontal bar. In addition, a dart or a basket can be attached to the wall. And the skipping rope, dumbbells and hula-ash will certainly not take up much space in the room.

– Alternate physical activity

A child may get bored of doing the same exercises. And if they alternate, the baby will have the opportunity to choose what he likes more. In addition, loads of different kinds affect different muscle groups.

– To support the sports spirit of the child

To hurt “for ours” at school competitions, championships and olympiads. If there is such an opportunity, organize sports events and participate in them. For example, you can organize a courtyard football match or a running competition for short distances.

And still need to give things for outdoor activities – skates, ball, rollers, skateboard. Only choose a gift should be based on the interests of the child.

Products of the film industry, video clips of video clips and numerous advertisements created a dominant that drinking is an integral part of a beautiful successful life. Therefore, a bottle of beer in the company of friends or an alcoholic cocktail in the club is considered the norm. And right after training – a pleasant way to relieve tension.

However, both doctors and professional trainers are sure that alcohol is incompatible with sports. And even a small amount of alcohol can be consumed only 6 hours before and 6 hours after exercise. The fact that the body’s absorption of alcohol and its withdrawal is relatively long.

The effects of alcohol on people involved in sports

1. Deceleration of muscle growth. Because of the use of alcoholic drinks, the liver function changes and the production of amino acids involved in protein synthesis for the growth of muscle tissue decreases. In addition, suppression of growth hormone and insulin-like growth factor occurs, which slows down the process of muscle building.

2. Dehydration. The cleavage of ethanol is always accompanied by a pronounced diuretic effect. Because of this, the distribution of fluid in the body is disturbed, which leads to dehydration. In this state, it is dangerous to exercise, because the blood becomes thicker, which means that the work of the heart becomes more complicated. It is not recommended to play sports in dehydration because of a violation of heat regulation, since it is impossible to achieve a result with a lowered temperature of the body.

Due to a significant diuretic effect, the body loses a number of necessary vitamins: A, C and the whole group B, as well as calcium and zinc.

3. Formation of fats. After productive training, the body replenishes the energy and nutrient reserve, using accumulations. Thus, we get rid of the excess fat layer, and the muscles are renewed and restored. However, if within 10 hours after the session use alcohol, the whole process will be broken. Alcohol slows down metabolism, which seriously affects weight loss. Ethanol itself is a high-calorie product, because one gram contains 7 calories. Do not forget that all alcoholic beverages greatly increase appetite and at the same time dull the sense of satiety.

4. Decreased endurance and reaction speed. Due to the slowdown in the synthesis of glycogen, which acts as a kind of reserve fuel for the body, a person can not achieve the state of the limit, after which new personal victories and records are achieved. Because of the reduced reaction speed, you can bring your team during a game of volleyball, hockey, handball. And such sports as shooting, mountaineering or aeronautics, are simply dangerous for people who have consumed alcoholic beverages.

Because of the effects of alcohol, the duration and sequence of sleep phases are disturbed. The body does not get the rest necessary for further training.
In professional sports the use of alcoholic beverages before the competition can entail the disqualification of the participant. Under the ban, even medicinal tinctures and chocolate sweets with liqueur or cognac filling, with which you can really calm down a little and reduce hand tremors. Small doses of alcohol are considered doping in such sports categories:

bowling;

motorcycling;

karate;

motor sports;

pentathlon;

archery.

In those cases where it is impossible to avoid drinking, drink them in such a way that harm to the body is minimal. To do this, purchase only high-quality certified alcoholic beverages. Two hours before the celebration, take the sorbents, and before the feast eat a sandwich with butter. Snack foods rich in protein, and after the event, consume plenty of pure still water.

People who want to make sport a part of their lives should understand that it is impossible to combine training with alcohol. And the best rest for muscles is not a glass of frothy beer, but a massage or a warm bath. After all, the result can only be achieved if you overcome yourself, and not only in the physical, but also in the moral sense.
